1. Program Overview
Our afterschool craft classes provide a safe, creative, and supportive environment where children can explore art, build skills, and have fun. Activities may include painting, drawing, mixed media, seasonal crafts, and other age-appropriate projects.
2. Enrollment & Registration
Children must be registered in advance to attend.
A completed registration form and emergency contact information are required before the first class.
Enrollment may be limited to maintain a safe student-to-instructor ratio.
3. Attendance and Cancellations
If a child cannot attend a session, parents/guardians should notify us as soon as possible.
Missed classes are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances; refunds or credits will be provided.
4. Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Parents/guardians are responsible for dropping off and picking up children on time.
Children will only be released to approved adults listed on the registration form.
5. Behavior Expectations
To ensure a positive experience for everyone:
Children are expected to treat instructors, classmates, and materials with respect.
Unsafe behavior, bullying, or repeated disruptions will not be tolerated.
If behavior issues persist, parents/guardians will be contacted, and continued enrollment may be reviewed.
6. Safety & Materials
All activities use age-appropriate tools and materials.
Children will receive clear instructions on safe tool use.
Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities (e.g., paint, glue, latex).
7. Clothing
Crafting can be messy!
Children should wear clothes that can get dirty or bring a smock/apron.
We are not responsible for stains or damage to clothing.
8. Fees & Payments
Fees are due per session and must be paid before attending the class.
9. Photos & Media
Photos or videos may be taken for class documentation or promotion.
Please indicate on the registration form if you do not give permission for your child to be photographed.
10. Illness Policy
Please keep children home if they are sick or contagious.
Children who become ill during class will be supervised until pick-up.
